Tuesday: RI30 + 3.5 mile run
Wednesday: RI30 + 35 minute tempo run
Thursday: RI30 + 3 mile run
Friday: RI30
Saturday: RI30 + 3 miles @ pace
Sunday: RI30 + 6 mile run
